Online Paid Surveys - Tips and Tricks

By: Paed Serf

Each and every day, there is a ton of money spent on paid surveys by market research firms. The big companies come to market research firms wanting to know a myriad of questions about new or existing products. The paid survey companies in conjunction with the big firms design surveys and product testing in order to help them know what market to launch a new product to, or how to improved existing products already on the market.

With internet access, there is a new ballgame where these corporations can reach out to you, the consumer. It's now possible that you can find and get in contact with these companies. However, the companies are unlikely to respond back to you individually.

Most of the time, what is done is that the companies write a contract with someone in the middle who will write about their products for them. This is done so that the corporations have unlimited access to their customers' views and opinions. This also helps them to have a wider range of customers whom they can bring back to their sites by giving them meaningful information and interesting product purchasing schemes. This is made possible by the articles that are written and placed on their sites.

Right now, there are two ways that you can use to get paid to fill out surveys.

The first way is by free surveys. These are websites which offer a free service. You sign up to their "list of companies" and in return for this, they'll provide you access to these companies and their surveys. The problem with this is that most of them don't give you what they say, and you usually end up getting alot of spam emails which only serve to waste your time. You spend alot of time and effort, but you don't make any money for it.

By using the second approach, the paid survey sites, you'll find that you have to pay as well, and use the same processes that are used with the free ones, except for one thing. You are required to pay them before you can get paid for filling out surveys. This might turn off some people, but the truth is you get what you pay for.

When you sign up for free paid survey programs, most likely you'll end up with an email box full of spam. So, the best idea is to setup a separate email address. Use a 'free' or 'throwaway' email address. You'll want to use this exclusively for your paid survey account.

Also, ensure that you white list the email that you will be receiving. The emails which you don't want can be sent to a spam folder without you missing any opportunity to participate in the get paid to fill out survey programs.
